Shipping information
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1 PM on the same working day.
Standard delivery is 1–2 working days to most UK mainland addresses.

Returns & warranty & contacting us
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Mestic purchase.
If your item arrives damaged or you change your mind, you can return it within 60 days of delivery in its original packaging for a refund or exchange.
All Mestic products come with a manufacturer’s warranty (typically 2 years) covering defects in materials and workmanship.
