How do I track my order?
Tracking the status of your order is easy. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number.
How long does delivery take?
Most Mestic products are dispatched within 2-4 working days from our UK warehouse. Standard delivery usually arrives within 3–5 working days. You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we may be able to amend or cancel it. Please contact our customer support team at Onlinesales@mymestic.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and name.

Are all Mestic products genuine?
Yes — My Mestic is operated by UKB4C Ltd, an authorised UK retailer and distribution partner for Mestic® products. Every item we sell is 100% genuine and sourced directly from the official European supplier network.
Do your coolers and air conditioners come with a warranty?
Absolutely. All Mestic products include a standard manufacturer’s warranty (typically 2 years) covering manufacturing faults. You can find warranty details on individual product pages or request assistance through our contact form.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged or faulty?
Please get in touch with our team within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can quickly arrange a suitable solution for you.
Can I install my Mestic air conditioning unit myself?
Mestic air conditioners are designed for safe and efficient installation, but we do recommend having them fitted by a qualified professional.
This ensures the unit performs at its best, maintains full warranty protection, and receives the correct airflow and electrical setup.
If you’re confident with vehicle installations, you’re welcome to review the included manual, but for peace of mind and long-term reliability, professional installation is always advised.

What is your returns policy?
You can return unused items in their original packaging in re-sale condition within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Custom or special-order products may be excluded. Visit our Returns & Refunds Policy page for full details.
Are there return shipping fees?
In most cases, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. However, if the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
