Mestic Solar Roof 2 Cable Connection

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1 PM on the same working day.

Standard delivery is 1–2 working days to most UK mainland addresses.

• Free Mainland UK delivery on orders over £40

• Tracked shipping via our trusted courier partners

• You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched

Please note: larger items such as air conditioners may require an additional handling day during peak periods. And locations outside of mainland UK will incur shipping fees

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Mestic purchase.

If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for return instructions, then return the item unused and in its original packaging for a refund or exchange. If your item arrives damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.

All Mestic products come with a manufacturer’s warranty (typically 2 years) covering defects in materials and workmanship.

For return requests or warranty support, please contact our customer care team at onlinesales@mymestic.co.uk with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
