Returns & warranty

If your item arrives damaged or you change your mind, you can return it within 40 days of delivery in its original packaging for a refund or exchange.
All Mestic products come with a manufacturer’s warranty (typically 2 years) covering defects in materials and workmanship.

The Mestic bench air conditioner BA-2600 has been specially developed as a built-in air conditioner for caravans and motorhomes up to 8 meters. If a roof air conditioner does not fit, this bench air conditioner offers the perfect solution. Thanks to its low weight and compact size, you can easily place the air conditioner under a bench. This means that the vehicle height remains unchanged. This powerful built-in air conditioner is equipped with an energy-efficient heat pump system that can cool and heat, supplemented with an extra electric heater for colder days. With the included remote control, you can easily set the temperature between 18 °C and 30 °C.

Cooling capacity (W / BTU)
This is the raw cooling power of the unit.
Higher watts or BTU ratings mean the air conditioner can cope better with larger
interiors, strong sun and hotter climates.
If you travel in southern Europe or park in direct sunlight, prioritise a higher
cooling capacity for faster, more consistent comfort.
Vehicle & interior size
This tells you the size of caravan, motorhome or interior space the unit is designed
to handle. If your living area is larger than the stated guide, the unit will still
cool, but it may take longer to reach and maintain your ideal temperature – especially
in very warm weather or open-plan layouts.
Heating power
Many roof air conditioners also provide heating.
