We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1 PM on the same working day.
Standard delivery is 1–2 working days to most UK mainland addresses.

Returns & warranty & contacting us
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Mestic purchase.
If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for return instructions, then return the item unused and in its original packaging for a refund or exchange. If your item arrives damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.
All Mestic products come with a manufacturer’s warranty (typically 2 years) covering defects in materials and workmanship.
